USA Today bestselling romantic suspense author and Grand Island local Julie Miller will be at the Grand Island Public Library on Sunday, February 11, at 2 P.M. in Meeting Room BC presenting an author talk with a book signing to follow. Julie Miller is a USA Today bestselling author of over 75 books—with a National Readers Choice Award and two Daphne du Maurier awards. She was honored with a Career Achievement Award in Series Romantic Suspense from Romantic Times Book Reviews.
Several of her books have appeared on the USA Today, Publisher’s Weekly, Amazon, and BookScan Top 100 Romances bestseller lists.

Miller joined Harlequin Enterprises in 2000 with the publication of her first Harlequin Intrigue novel “One Good Man.” Since, she has created the bestselling, award-winning Taylor Clan, and Precinct series. While she continues to write about military heroes, cops, and crime scenes, Miller has also published military romantic suspense. A former teacher, Miller grew up in Missouri and lives in Grand Island with her husband, a teacher and an author, himself, along with an assortment of pets.

The Grand Island Public Library, 1124 W. Second St., is open from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m. to 8 a.m. Monday and Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
