Offense: Terroristic Threats
Victim: 22 year old female Incident #: L24041023
Offender: Emanuel D. Andrade Martinez
Date and Time of Incident: 4/12/24 @ 4/12/24
Location of Incident: 601 W State St
Brief Narrative: On 4/12/2024 victim reported receiving text messages from Emanuel D. Andrade Martinez. Victim stated and showed the officer the text messages. In the messages, Emanuel tells her he's going to "air out" her car. She explained that means Emanuel is going to shoot her vehicle. She stated Emanuel then sent her a photo of a handgun. She stated the messages caused her fear. She stated the photo of the gun was taken in Emanuel's bedroom, and stated she recognized the room from being in it as recently as 4/11/2024. She stated while she was in Emanuel's room on 4/11/2024, she located the same gun as in the photo. A search warrant was prepared and presented to the Judge. The Judge signed the warrant allowing officers to enter Emanuel's residence and search for the gun. During the execution of the warrant, Emanuel was contacted and detained. During a Miranda interview, Emanuel acknowledged having a firearm in his bedroom. During a search of Emanuel's bedroom, the firearm in the photo was located. It should be known Emanuel is a convicted felon as result of Hall County Case number CR23-556. Emanuel was arrested for Terroristic Threats, Use of a Weapon (Firearm) to Commit a Felony, and Possession of a Firearm by Prohibited Person.

Offense: Unauthorized Use of Financial Device
Victim: 46 year old male Incident #: L24041011
Date and Time of Incident: between 3/12/24 & 4/3/24
Location of Incident: 3111 College St; Apt 114
Brief Narrative: A male reported that his step daughter added his debit card to her phone and electronically transferred funds into her account. The male had $2000 stolen from his account. Case is open.

Offense: Sexual Assault
Victim: 14 year old female Incident #: L24041118
Date and Time of Incident: 4/13/24 @ 20:30
Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: On 04/13/2024, Officers would respond to an address in the City in reference to a sexual assault on a juvenile female. Case is under investigation. 

Offense: Weapons Offense
Victim: 32 year old female & 32 year old male Incident #: L24041134
Date and Time of Incident: 4/14/24 @ 02:00
Location of Incident: 1314 W 7th St
Brief Narrative: On 4/14/2024 at approximately 03:08 officers responded to the area of Jefferson Elementary School in reference to a gun shots call. Victims reported an unknown male followed them while driving recklessly all over Grand Island. Victim reported the male exited the vehicle and pulled a firearm on them near Anna St and Adams St. intersection. The victims left in a vehicle where the male began shooting the firearm at them. Case is under investigation.

Brief Narrative: On 4/13/2024 around 18:30 officers took a sexual assault report which was reported to have occurred in the city limits of Grand Island.

Offense: Theft
Victim: Super Saver Incident #: L24041194
Date and Time of Incident: 4/14/24 @ 20:30
Location of Incident: 710 W State St
Brief Narrative: On 04/14/2024, an Officer would respond to 710 State St W; Super Saver in reference to suspicious activity. Contact would be made with an employee involved who would report that he had received a phone call from Super Saver's cooperate office. The employee would be told to take money from the registers and drawers and take the funds to Git and Split and deposit the funds into a Bit Coin machine. It would be advised that the employee would go to the Git and Split however would not deposit the funds. The store would report no monetary loss.
