Brief Narrative: Victim reported that she was walking across Wheeler Street when a large gray van hit her causing minor pain to her hand. The driver yelled at the victim for being in the street and drove off without giving her information.

Brief Narrative: Victim received a message on his computer that his system had been compromised. He was deceived into sending suspect $25,000 through bit coin.
