Brief Narrative: On 03/13/2024 at approximately 1048 hours Brianna Johnston was contacted at 704 W 2nd Street (Pump and Pantry) and placed under arrest for her active Hall County warrant. A baggy of white powdery substance, that later tested positive for cocaine, was recovered from her person at HCC. Brianna Johnston was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance (Cocaine) and a Hall County Warrant.

Location of Incident: 3773 Sky Park Rd
Brief Narrative: On 3-13-2024 at around 5:41 am, officer responded to the listed above location to assist an officer who found an unknown white crystal like substance in a passengers book bag. The passenger in question Joshua Lytle, was found to be the owner of the book bag. The white substance notice in the bag was tested and found to test positive for Methamphetamine. A clear bag used to hold breastmilk was also located in the book bag and inside the clear bag was less than an ounce of marijuana. Located with the marijuana was a smoking pipe that had marijuana residue inside and appeared to be used to ingest such drugs. Joshua was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance, Possession Of Marijuana less than an Oz and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.
