Exploring Inner Fitness Postponed

January’s session of “Exploring Inner Fitness” presented by Mary Ann Kalinay at the Grand Island Public Library. has been postponed one week to Wednesday, January 24 at 1:30 P.M. The program had originally been scheduled for Wednesday, January 17.

Space is still available for anyone interested in attending. Registration is open to any interested adult, attendance at a previous Inner Fitness session is not required. As we journey through life as perfectly imperfect human beings, we all face hurts, upsets, disappointments, and challenges that are tough to manage. Learn how to identify how your beliefs, mind, thoughts, and emotions influence how we manage the challenges and develop a plan to strengthen your inner fitness muscles.

The Grand Island Public Library serves both residents of the City of Grand Island and Hall County. Anyone who lives in or owns property anywhere within Hall County may apply for a library card at no cost. The Grand Island Public Library, 1124 W. Second St., is open from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m. to 8 a.m. Monday and Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday
