Northwest Hauls In District Track Championships

(Grand Island, NE) - The Northwest track teams cleaned house at the B-5 district meet on Tuesday hosted by Aurora High School. The girls scored 123 points for first place. Adams Central was 2nd with 72, and Hastings 61 points to finish 3rd. On the boy's side Northwest finished in the top spot scoring 99 points. Hastings finished in 2nd place with 90 points, and Central City was 3rd with 65 points. 

The NSAA State Track & Field meet will take place in Omaha at Burke Stadium next week starting on Wednesday, May 15th running through Saturday, May 18th.
