Offender: Mohamed Abdullahi

Location of Incident: 818 W 3rd St
Brief Narrative: On 03/27/2023 at approximately 1230 hours officer observed Mohamed Abdullahi in the area of South Front Street and Eddy Street. Mohamed was contacted and arrested for his active Hall County Warrant. Mohamed was found to be in possession of a prescription pill identified as Alprazolam ( Schedule IV). Mohamed Abdullahi was arrested for a Hall County warrant and Possession of Controlled Substance (Alprazolam).

Offender: Olivia Allison
Date and Time of Incident: 3/28/24 @ 03:30
Location of Incident: Hwy 281 & Wildwood Dr
Brief Narrative: Olivia Allison was contacted after the vehicle she was operating was observed traveling southbound at a higher rate then the posted speed limit. A traffic stop was initiated near the intersection of Hwy 281 and Wildwood Dr., however Olivia continued westbound, and came to a resting stop near the intersection of Wildwood Dr and Gold Core Rd. Olivia showed signs of impairment during SFSTs, and provided a failing PBT sample. An odor of marijuana was detected emanating from Olivia's vehicle, and it was subsequently searched. A white substance was located inside of the vehicle that later tested presumptive
positive for cocaine. Several THC vape cartridges were also located in the vehicle and Olivia admitted to the cartridges containing THC. Olivia was arrested for DUI (1st), Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession marijuana =<1 ounce and Speeding 16-20 Municipal.

Location of Incident: 3403 W 13th St
Brief Narrative: On 03/27/24 49 year old male reported that his stolen credit card was used at Best buy for $3,772.47. Case is under investigation.

Offense: Vehicle Theft
Victim: 20 year old female Incident #: L24031841
Date and Time of Incident: between 3/26/24 & 3/27/24
Location of Incident: 1507 W John St
Brief Narrative: Victim reports that someone stole her black 2016 Kia Optima. The car was taken from in front of her house and is valued at $4,500.

Offense: Attempted Theft
Victim: 42 year old female Incident #: L24031830
Date and Time of Incident: 3/27/24 01:52
Location of Incident: 1221 W Louise
Brief Narrative: Victim reported and unknown person entered her unlocked vehicle in the early morning hours on 3-27-24 an attempted to steal her vehicle. The unknown person used and unknown object to attempt to start the car and left scrapes and scratches on the ignition. The vehicle was not able to be started and the suspect left the area.
